Prefer graduate degree in public administration or related field plus 15 years as leader and executive in municipality of similar scope, or equivalent combination. The ideal candidate will have a record of excellent skills in financial management, economic development and business retention, community involvement and collaboration with other leaders and institutions. Experience with maturing communities and redevelopment. A style of professionalism, strategic management, clear direction and accountability, open communications, team-building, fostering innovation, with a regional and national outlook.
