The seven member Library Board of Trustees seeks a visionary leader that communicates well with board, staff, patrons and community members, with strong decision making skills, fiscal expertise, leadership, and diplomacy to direct the operation of the Tipp City Library. MLS or MLIS and over five years of Library related administrative experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. With an operating budget of $740,000 the Library employs a staff of twenty; seven of which are full time.
