TOWN OF TIMNATH, COLORADO
The Town of Timnath, Colorado, is conducting a nationwide search for a new Town Manager. The Town is located about 60 miles north of Denver, and adjacent to Fort Collins, home of Colorado State University. Qualifications: The preferred candidates will have experience in growth-impacted communities, in creating primary employment, and in commercial and retail development. The Town desires someone experienced in building solid, mutually beneficial public/private partnerships.
He or she should also have a thorough working knowledge of infrastructure systems and maintenance, knowledge of Western water law, and municipal finance.

Candidates with relevant qualifications will be given preliminary interviews with the Consultant. Those deemed qualified will be referred to the Town Council for further consideration. Final interviews will be offered to those candidates named as finalists, with reference and background checks conducted after receiving candidates’ permission. The final interview process is expected to be held in late June. Appointment is subject to passing a background check.
Compensation and Benefits: The annual salary range is $103,500 - $134,300, DOQ. The Town offers a generous benefit package that includes, health, dental, vision, vacation and personal time, and retirement benefits.
