This is an outstanding opportunity. The City of Tacoma, Washington, is conducting a nationwide search to identify a new Human Rights and Human Services Director.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in social sciences, public administration, law or other related fields with seven years increasingly responsible experience in developing, managing, and delivering a variety of human rights and human services programs.

The most qualified candidates will be interviewed by telephone for further screening. A select group of candidates will be asked to provide references when determined that they may be recommended as finalists; references will be contacted only following candidate approval. Compensation and Benefits: Compensation (base salary plus excellent benefits) will be based upon experience, credentials, and personal characteristics of the candidate. Relocation expenses will be negotiated on an individual basis. Salary Range: $120,723 - $154,772, annually.
