Town has 26 employees, highly professional management team, outsource engineering and planning, public safety contract with Sheriff’s Office and fire protection from regional district. Total budget is $39M. Highly educated population, upscale property values and incomes. Appointed by 7-member Board of Trustees, including Mayor, salary very competitive, DOQ, plus excellent benefits.  Degree in public administration or related field, graduate degree strongly preferred, plus significant chief administrative experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Provide support for Board’s processes and leadership for thriving staff. Positive communications and relational skills among diverse resident groups and businesses. Problem solver, experience with service and maintenance planning and positive collaboration with neighboring towns, County, districts and regional institutions. Skilled in strategic planning and alignment of staff work for measurable, steady accomplishment.
