Home Rule Charter adopted in 2003 with Council-Manager form. Total budget is $12.8M including sanitation district. Total 33 employees. Appointed by 7-member Town Council, including Mayor. Salary competitive, DOQ, plus excellent benefits.  Degree in public or business administration or related field, graduate degree preferred, plus chief administrative experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Collaborative, team-building skills with the Council for goals and priorities and alignment of staff work for measurable, steady accomplishment.
