Mr. Prince specializes in employee satisfaction surveys within local governmental organizations through application of the Mercer Group’s Organizational Climate Survey (OCS).

Mr. Prince received a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering Degree from Texas Technological University in January 1962. He then completed a thirty five year career with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) at the Johnson Space Center, Houston, Texas, followed by an additional two and one half years as an engineering management consultant to Boeing while employed by Dynacs Engineering Co, Inc, in Houston, Texas.

During his aerospace career, Mr. Prince has served as a project manager, project engineer, contract technical manager, and space flight hardware/systems developer and technical expert. He has completed numerous management, organizational, and personnel relations courses as part of his on going personal education.

Since coming to work for the Mercer Group in 2001, Mr. Prince has completed OCS studies for several cities.
