Ideal candidate will have experience in a collaborative setting of County and private providers; knowledgeable in child welfare services, primary services for juveniles, expanding adult services, workforce development; expertise in financial management, grants, revenue leverage and cost control; familiar with organizational development, program review and improvement; provide clear direction and goals for the Department. Talent for building relationships and strengthening the human services network with expanding service demands. Degree in related field, graduate degree preferred, plus 10 years executive experience including effective relationships with elected Boards; familiar with computer records systems, innovative service delivery.
