 Before joining the Mercer Group Ms. Oring had a distinguished management career of over 35 years in state and local government as well as
private industry. She served as both regional and departmental manager for the State of California in the areas of health care services, employment benefits and development, and information
technology. In the City of Los Angeles she was the first administrative manager for the Los Angeles Attorney’ Office with 250 attorneys. She served in Arizona and California as executive director of
private law firms from 10 to 100 attorneys. She has been recognized as a leader in the management profession in Arizona & California. She has served
on the boards of the Arizona and national Association of Legal Administrators.
Ms. Oring has served on numerous panels and as a speaker at professional
conferences. Her particular areas of expertise are human resource development, organizational development and management development. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and physics
from Miami University of Ohio and did graduate work in mathematics at Louisiana State University.
