Hillsborough County, located midway along the West Coast of Florida, has 1,048 square miles of land and 24 square miles of inland water for a total of 1,072 square miles and a population of 1,055,800. The mission of the Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority (HART) is to provide public transportation services which are safe, dependable, and cost effective thereby enhancing the quality of life in our community. The CFO manages and implements operational strategies and objectives to achieve HART's financial goals. Starting salary range for the position is $90,000 - $110,000, depending on qualifications.
