 Mr. Cordova is an ICMA Credentialed Manager
with more than 25 years experience in City Management serving in the State of New Mexico. He has also served as the Executive Director of the New Mexico Association of Counties. Mr. Cordova
specializes in Executive Search, Strategic Planning, Budget Preparation and Planning, Union-Management Relations, and Council-Manager Relations.
Mr. Cordova has served as a member of the New Mexico City Management Association, and as its
President. He has served on several Policy Committees of the New Mexico Municipal League.
He has also served on the Board of Directors of the International City Management Association (ICMA) as Vice President representing the
Mountain Plains States. He is a former member of the New Mexico Finance Authority, the New Mexico Water Trust Board, Quality New Mexico, and a
Charter Member of Leadership New Mexico. He was recently appointed by the Governor to the Board of Directors of Finance New Mexico.
Mr. Cordova has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science Degree
from New Mexico Highlands University. He is a retired Colonel with over 25 years of military service. He continues to attend major professional seminars
and conferences including the ICMA National Conference and the International Hispanic Network.
