Experience with active, knowledgeable citizenry, high-quality service delivery. Skills in facilitating Council priorities and aligning work programs and budgets. A collaborator with neighboring jurisdictions and major institutions such as a university. Record of successful communications, intergovernmental relations, team building and staff development.
