Using our work and consulting experiences in
local government management, finance, and budget functions, we delivered the following training courses:
Economic Development: Conducted a series of industrial extension assistance and high technology attraction training
programs for the Center of Industrial Technology in Juarez, Mexico.
Costing and User Fees: Developed and delivered a training program on costing government services and applying user fees for
the Alabama Chapter of the Government Finance Officers Association.
Revenue Management: Presented a program on Revenue Management to the State of Georgia Fiscal Officers Association.
Privatization: Presented the results of our periodic Privatization Survey to a number of government associations (e.g.
municipal leagues, associations of counties, functional professional groups like the Government Finance Officers Association), as well as to specific local governments.
Presented a program on the Concepts of Privatization to the Michigan Chapter of the Association of Governmental Accountants.
Presented a training program to private companies, through the Contract Services Association (CSA), on how to enter the state and
local government market.
