 Mr. Vondle is director of The Mercer Group’s national
Municipal Utility and Other Publicly Owned Enterprise Management Consulting Practice. He has over twenty-five years of management consulting experience, with extensive experience in the
municipal utility industry. His impressive list of clients includes Anaheim Public Utilities, Colorado Springs Utilities, Emerald Coast Utilities Authority, Guam Power Authority, Hartford Metropolitan District
Commission, Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, and New York City Water and Wastewater Utility. Additionally, Mr. Vondle has extensive experience with investor owned utilities.
Mr. Vondle is an expert in the governance and management of publicly
owned enterprises and has conducted many engagements in the areas of organization and staffing, enterprise performance management, asset management, customer service, and contractor management. Mr. Vondle is
also experienced in the management processes used in the planning, engineering, construction, operations and maintenance of municipal utility plants and distribution facilities.
Mr. Vondle has been designated as a Certified Management Consultant
(CMC) by the Institute of Management Consultants. He holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BS in Industrial Management from the
