The position requires a Master’s degree in Public Administration or a related field. The position also requires at least three to five years experience as either a Town Manager or Assistant Town Manager. Good leadership training, knowledge and experience with downtown revitalization, economic development experience, good communications skills are qualities the Town Manager should have. Spanish language skills would be a benefit. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. The previous manager’s salary was $102,107.
