Experienced and well-respected management staff team in place. Prefer graduate degree in public or business administration or related field plus 10 years as leader and executive in municipality of similar characteristics and sophistication, or equivalent combination.  The ideal candidate will have a record of excellent skills in communicating with the Commission and the public, a regional and national outlook, talent for promoting innovative planning and community design, responsiveness to high customer demands, and welcomes community involvement by highly educated and accomplished citizenry.  Record of successful financial planning and mature labor relations under economic stress.
